Ossibilities:

1) It could be problem with your Laptop RAM (Memory)

OR

2) It could be problem with your Laptop Hard Disk Drive.

Sol:

Try to install a different RAM ( Memory) and Check, if it works well and good or else try re-installing your the OS (Operating System) Even after installing if it doesn't work then it should be problem with the Hard Disk Drive. .

My TOUGHBOOK CF53 can not run normally with installing every vedio driver even downloaded from the panasonic official website (Intel 8.15.10.2291). When I install the video driver and reset the Win7 64bit...

Try downloading the video from Intel's own site... but really, if it is working before and you are not buying or using the latest games, there is no need to update. There are no security concerns, only compatibility with newer game technology.

2 long and 1 short beeps while starting

Here is the Acer home support page for your notebook, with links to technical troubleshooting info that will help you to resolve this problem.
What is your OS? What kind of BIOS? Here is an article to help you troubleshoot the beep codes. Here is a good tutorial that will explain how to update the video drivers. That may be all you need to do...
Look in the Event Viewer and see what error or warnings are reported. If you right click on the id error code you'll be able to get help & support info on the errors there.
Another thing you could try is to run chkdsk (instructions here) to look for corrupt files on your hard drive that may be causing this problem.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Blue scren on my laptop

You can configure Windows not to automatically reboot when a System failure happens (Control Paner -> System -> Advanced tab -> Settings button).
That will allow you to write down the details when it happens again. To solve a BSOD error, you really need to check the error details and analyze the stop error code and other details.

I was hopeing somebody could help, this morning i went onto the laptop and then restarted the laptop, when i restarted the laptop the laptop kept on rebooting its self. i first comes up with compaq logo,...

Try to start in safe mode, then change the start up options so that the computer does not reboot on error. Then you can see what the BSOD (stop error) message is and troubleshoot from there.

Compaq presario f730us is forming vertical & horizontal lines on the lcd

Normally this is due to several different things. I can give you a few suggestions but you will have to do the detective work. First this can happen because of a bad video card. This can also happen because of a bad connection to the mainboard or a bad cable from the mainboard to the back of the LCD. Last but not as likely is just a bad LCD. Try hokking the laptop to an external monnitor. You should have a 15r pin connector on the laptop to connect a standard monitor to it. There should also be a Fn key that allows you to activate the external part of the LCD. You have to know which key to hit with the Fn key to activate this feature. You can also try to hook up the external monitor before starting the laptop. This normally makes the external monitor activate. If you see the lines on the external monitor as well then its the display adapter not the cable or connection. If the external monitor is clear then try the video cable. The least expensive and easiest to replace is the video cable. Check to see if it has a good connection to the mainboard. If you still have a problem then replace the cable. If that doesnt work and you are really fond of this laptop try replacing the mainboard (unless your video card is replaceable on the motherboard then replace the video card). If you dont want to sink a lot of money into the laptop and the video cable doesnt work then run it on an external monitor. If you need the portability of a laptop and you have determined that the mainboard is bad then you might just replace the laptop and transfer your data. Hope this helps...

I get pink spots on my laptop

This is known as bleeding in LCD .you can try to update video drivers or try to connect external monitor (any normal desktop monitor) and see if same thing happens on external monitor then most probably it is the video card if on external monitor works fine then it is issue with LCD .if system is in warranty then get in touch with dell support

Let me know if this helps

Display Driver stopped working error

Try adjusting the hardware acceleration in the display properties, then in the game settings. If this doesn't fix it, then there may be compatibility issues between the game and the video drivers.

Starting up programs affects screen visibility

This would almost have to be a video driver problem. Try the WIndows default video drivers for some common settings (like 1024x768) and reboot and see if this fixes it. If it does, the problem is video drivers - download the latest from the web and install them.

If this doesn't fix it, try reinstalling the latest version of DirectX. Also, try stepping down VIDEO HARDWARE ACCELERATION through the video settings display panel. Finally, if it really only does it when you run a new program, as a last resort, you can try to reinstall the operating system from scratch and install the latest drivers from the laptop manufacturer.

Good luck...
