Question about Brother MFC 7840W Printer
Is any information given on the nature of the problem? In my experience the majority of problems with this printer is the correct prompt not being given to the printer when a new drum was installed. As such I would recommend trying the following:
-Open the front cover of the printer.
-To confirm you have previously installed a new drum, press 1.
-Assuming the LCD now shows Accepted, close the front cover.
