Question about Dell Computers & Internet
1. Right-Click My Computer and choose Manage.
2. Choose Device Manager
3. Under "Sound Video..." see if theres anything listed.
a. If theres none listed, then your sound card is not being detected (may be a bad one and it is part of the mother board so you will need a new one)
b. If there is one listed but has a yellow mark, it could be that the driver just needs to be installed. You can find this in the dell website under support.
c. If there is one listed I would right-click it and un-install it. Reboot and the laptop should re-install it for you.
