Go through the following to clear the error: CLEAR > ENGIN > ERRCLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the power.
If this does not fix it check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector).
If this does not fix it replace the Fixing Main Thermistor (Film Unit).
If this does not fix it replace the Fixing Assembly.
If this does not fix it replace the DC Controller PCB

hello, remove cartridges, clean with something soft the wiring of both printer cartridge slot and cartridge itself, make sure you use alcohool, sanitary or even parfume wich dries fast and is not greasy, after that power up printer and check to see if everything is alright, if other error ocurs reply here.
