the unit will not eject the DVD from the player. with the DVD in the unit the screen said loding disc but will not play DVD. the unit just makes noise and will do nothing else. please help.

- I have a dvd stuck in my pacifica's dvd player. It will not play, my tv screen will not light up and it will not come out when I hit eject. It makes a sound like it is going from one dvd to another but that is all it will do.- Guest

Found out what my problem was - 2 DVDs were in the unit - need to take unit out of car (very easy - 5 mounting screws, 2 plug in power connections), remove some brackets from within the unit to get to the DVD itself and then just pull the DVD out - took me less than 1 hour - and I am not tech savvy or mechanically inclined by any means
