Try restoring the factory settings of your phone!
Go to : SETTINGS then FACTORY SETTINGS.. security code: just type 12345.
If still there is no tone alert, then im sure there is a problem with your phone's buzzer, or it might need to clean the contact of the buzzer insice the board. Just try this....

Since its an android once a call starts there should be a REC button on the bottom right side of the screen. Hope this helps.
