I need to clear a delonghi dishwaher error code 4. I have emptied the dishwasher and cleared the excess water from the dishwasher. Can this be fixed without calling for a service repair? There is no model number on the dishwasher and I have searched the DeLonghi website for a manual but it does not tell you how to clear the error.

Try removing all dish trays and salt softner lid, check if the salt softner compartment is full of water, if so place the machine on its side and allow all the water to drain from the compartment, once this is done your machine should be good to go. This is how i resolved my problem. The salt softner is located next to the water drain filter.

I see you are having trouble with your Frigidaire dishwasher and you are receiving error code "2E". However, it appears "2E" is an invalid error code. May I have you model number please?Typically you can locate your serial tag on the inside wall on the left hand side. With this information I can better assist you with pinpointing the issue.
In the meantime, let's attempt resetting your range. You can do this by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position for roughly ten minutes. This usually clears false error codes. -Matt
Can you please tell us the exact model of your dishwasher? What you can try initially is unplug the power cable of your unit for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in. See if that clears the error. Will give you follow up about the E1 error.
If the fat that youre talking about is one solid color it could be grease essential to the operation of the dishwasher. Otherwise it may be food matter and the like. If that's the case, clear this out by hand, reassesmble, and run an empty load and check for leaks. Also, clean your dishers a little better before putting in the washer.
We have discoverd xactly why and sorted this on the bottom righthand wall there is a small circular sensor which measures the water temp during the washcycle. If you cover that with a plate pan or chopping board it cannot detect when temp reaches 47 degrees c so gets stuck on 1hr 32 min in the 2hr cycle. Keep that sensor clear and it will stop.
AL03 indicates a time out on drain fault. Either there is a restriction or blockage on the drain side of the appliance or on the pressure side.If the machine empties ok you need to locate the pressure switch, remove the thin tube and blow back into the sump to try and clear the restriction. If the machine isn't emptying or empties slowly you need to clear the restriction/blockage in the drain hose, pump or sump.
first thing you need to do is purchase a bottle of dishwaser cleaner from your groc store in the diswasher detergent section red the instructions on the label add it to the cutlery tray in an empty dishwasher upside down remove the paper seal off the top of the lid do not remove the wax seal place the bottle upside down in your dishwasher turn on hot water tap and run till it is hot next turn on your washer set it to wasn and let it run a full cycle. when washer finishes open it up when it cools and fill rinse dispenser in door with a good quality rinse agent like jet dry close dispenser and when dishwaser is full of dirty dishes turn it on the jet dry will make your galsses come out crystal clear w no film and the dishwaher cleaner will help all your dishes come cleaner.Use the dishwasher cleaner aroun 4-6 wekks it cleans all the inside of the dishwasher and removes a lot of **** aND RESIDUE THAT ACCUMULATES IN DISHWASHERS OVER TIME
Error Code E2 means the pump is blocked. The remedy is to take the filter out which is underneath the bottom dish basket and ensure its is clean and free from debris. Then use a small container to empty the water sitting in the bottom of the machine/filter housing and ensure that no waste is stuck in the bottom. That should clear it
Control Lock means that the entire dishwasher is locked, for child safety purposes. It's normally cleared by holding the "No Heat Dry" button in for 4 seconds or more. It is locked again by the same procedure -- holding the "No HEat Dry" button for 4 seconds (or more).
