First of all hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds. YOu should hear a couple of beeps. That is resetting the video to the ps3. Power it back up. If you have it hooked up through hdmi try the other av cordes it came with. ALso try unpluging and plugging back in the av cords. If that does not work then I dont know.
try this. unplug everything (power cord, av cables, wireless adapter, controllers) and take off the hard drive. dont plug anything in for about 1-2 minutes. when the time is up, put the hard drive on first then plug everything else in.
Well I have the same issue and I tried to look at the back of the video/audio connector and played with the pins on the console (be carfull when doing this the pins are thin and can brake easy) after I played with them for a min ( I just pressed them down to see if they moved and made sure that they where up to connect with the cable) it worked not long after that it quit again. I have heard to wrap a towle around it and it should come back I tried that and it worked. Not sure how long it will last but... Good Luck
