You can find replacement fans in a number of places such as xoxide.com, and many others. The important thing to keep in mind here is that replacing the cooler is sometimes difficult, and if you dont have experience in this area, it may not fix your issue.
That being said, an aftermarket cooler would be the easiest to find other than looking for an old card (exactly like yours) on ebay.
If you did find one, and it should be inexpensive... you could just use it to replace your current card.
I, like you often wish I could just replace my fan on my video card, but the truth is, those are practically disposable. See this auction for a similar replacement at a mere 4.00.
