SOURCE: printing envelopes on the bizhub 252

After spending way too long messing around with this on my bizhub 250 here's what finally allowed me to print:

I simply changed the bypass tray setting from "envelope" to "normal". I kept the custom size the same (9 1/2 X 4 1/8) and it started to print.

Doesn't make sense, but you can give it try.

SOURCE: How do I get our Bizhub 350 to print on envelopes

Create your document at the appropriate size, #10 Env.
On the device, set the BYPASS tray to a size setting of the same. Look under the custome sizes as there may already be one there.
There is a switch just inside the device, near the bypass tray where you set it for envelopes. this opens up the feed gap to allow for the thicker envelopes.
this is all contained in the manual.

Need to pring envelopes on my konica Minolta hub 350 printer

Place envelopes in either drawer 1 (top drawer) or the by-pass tray. Generally, the envelope is placed side to be printed down. (On the printer you can set up custom envelope sizes.)

Select Print. Click 'Properties' for the printer. In the resultant dialogue window, set the printer to print to the 'envelope' print path.
Click OK, click Print. (test print direction first)
Check your printed envelope. You may need to change the orientation of the envelopes to print with the opening at the top.

PRINT ENVELOPES

You MUST use the bypass tray and bve sure to enter the custom size, media type and weight in the driver. The settings MUST be set the same on the 180 before printing.

Running envelopes is a tricky situation, but once mastered it should work. Note that not all envelopes will run, try different sizes and brands and keep the ones that work.

How to print #10 Envelopes

How to copy/print onto envelopes.
Solution
Konica Minolta does not recommend copying/printing onto envelopes, asthe MFPwas not designed to run envelopes. Additionally, envelopes do not meet the
standards set for paper specifications. Their multi-layer make-up, adhesive, and odd size make it unreliable and potently damaging to the MFP.
