Hi there, maybe I can help.
As your computer boots hit F8, go to the startup menu and disable "automatic restart on system failure". Boot up and make not of any error messages.

Let me know if this helps

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi.,having some confusing issues with a packard bell laptopscreen, screen went off and wouldn't come back on but can see the windows desktop if you shine a light onto it, works OK

The back light is not working. It could be just the driver board or part of the screen itself > I'd go on their website to see what troubleshooting tips they may have and repair instructions as well

Hi i have a packardbell easy note mx recently my windows xp is crashed so i had installed piracy windows xp its working normally ,i just need to know that on the back of my laptop their is a serial number...

Yes, as long as it's same XP as you had before (either Home, Professional or Media Centre Edition). Microsoft activation recognises serial number and also version of OS you are activating, so as long as these both match, no problem. As far as driver disc goes, contact store you bought it from, they just may have needed a copy as one stage, or be able to contact somebody who owns the same model to see if they would be prepared to burn a copy for you. Hope this helps
