Question about Printers & Copiers
We have an old BJC-4400 color bubble jet printer. Recently we purchased a new system that came with HP C3180all in one printer. We cannot print one of our documents on the HP printer - it will only print to the old BJC 4400 printer from our new CPU. We are using Windows XP. The power cord on the old printer is a multi pronged type on both ends. Is this enough info for you to help us?
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
