go to your provider then ask your voicemail number

You have to find someone that knows how to unlock the phone. It's locked.

if you ring your service provider they will send you the setting via a text message this will update your phone for you if this dont work they can talk you through it step by step give them a ring they wont charge and the text worked on my phone but cant give you my settings as i am on different network but i had same problems and there text sorted it for me

Go to Main menu, then "Messaging". Within Messaging go down to "Message Settings". #3 is voicemail. click voicemail and you will be able to edit the number.
