  1. The wireless link indicator lights red. Or alternates red and green.
There is no link between this unit and the active subwoofer.
Check that this unit is turned on.
Ensure that the digital transmitter is fully inserted
into the digital transmitter dock on this unit.

Turn the active subwoofer off and then back on.
Alternatively, turn the active subwoofer off, disconnect the AC power supply cord and then reconnect it.
Consult your dealer if the problem persists.

Hi,

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

The sound bar suddenly stopped pairing with the subwoofer. The only sound is coming from the bar

I suggest turning off and unplugging everything from the power, then disconnect everything from each other. See if you can get it to pair again. Otherwise, please give more details on which model sound bar and subwoofer.
Thank you.

Static white noise

Check all the connections for any loose contacts. Electrical interference can also cause this fault.

How do i convert a ntsc file to a pal file??

Here's a complete How-to article on PAL (phase alternating line) to NTSC (obsolete analog TV) conversion:
http://www.deskshare.com/resources/articles/dmc_convertbetween_PAL_NTSC.aspx

What's required is Digital Media Converter software - since images on a DVD are stored
in MPEG2 format.

Here's the (free) MPEG2 decoder you'll need:

How do you connect a vizio sound bar to the tv

plug in the power to each unit with the provided power adapters, turn the sound bar and subwoofer on, activate the wireless subwoofer link by pressing a button on the soundbar (or remote) and subwoofer, and connect an audio source to either the provided analog or digital audio inputs on the soundbar
Note: When using the Digital Optical input, set source device audio out to PCM

(you can hook to ur tv if it has a R/L audio output, or u can also connect it if your tv has a toslink style digital output. (most LCD and Plasma TV's have them.))
