I just looked on their site and I saw they have a version 2.0 update for the US and Canada. Click on the link above and it should download. You may also need to get the firmware update documENT

You may need to go to Samsung's web site and get a firmware update for your player. Blu-Ray's compatibility is not guaranteed for all disks and Samsung updates the firmware for the various players for disc compatibility on a regular basis.
