Question about Psi Sistema GT11 1400 PSI Pressure Washer

Open Question

I have a Sistema 1750TSS and I need to replace the pump cover (covers the 3 pistons) due to a pin hole leak. Are there any replacement parts (Sistema or other manufacturers) that would have a comparable cover that would fit?

Drive pin does'nt retract

Reasons for driver not retracting./
Check band on the outer part of the cylinder missing or not in place. Pull out cylinder and look for series of holes. These holes should be covered with rubber band or oring. The band/oring should fit snuggly.
Driver slightly bent making it hard to push driver up. Push driver up with any tool that fits into the nose. Should move up rather easily. If hard, pull driver and check for damage or oring too tight/loose.
Too much air leaking past the nose due to worn lower bumper. Bumper should not have cracks or missing pieces. Some nailers use a second seal below the bumper made of metal or vinyl. If broken or missing, replace. Finally, piston will not retract of there is an obstruction in the headvalve exhaust port. Good luck

YOU NEED TO COMPRESS THE CALIPER PISTON USING SPECIAL TOOL 09580 - 3400 OR YOU CAN USE A LARGE C CLAMP AND THE OLD BRAKE SHOE NEXT TO CALIPER PISTON.BE SURE TO SIPHON OUT 1/3 BRAKE FLUID OUT OF THE MASTER CYLINDER BEFORE COMPRESSING CALIPER PISTON BACK IN THE CALIPER BORE.WHEN YOU FINISH REPLACING REPLACING REAR BRAKE SHOES.MAKE SURE BRAKE MASTERCYLINDER RESERVOIR COVER BACK ON RESERVOIR BACK IN PLACE.THEN PUMP BRAKE PEDAL TO SEAT BRAKE SHOES AGAINST ROTORS AND UNTIL YOU GET FIRM SOLID BRAKES.THEN CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL.DONT DRIVE CAR IF BRAKE PEDAL FEEL SOFT NOT FIRM.CHECK FOR LEAKING BRAKE HOSE OR LEAKING CALIPER PISTON SEAL.

hi, all newish cars have places for locking the engine, camshaft, injection pump. the camshaft groove is under the roker cover at the back (this is a flat bar and go's across the two camshafts). the injection pump locking pin normally pushes in the injection pump spocket, the front timming cover will need to be removed. the crankshaft locking pin normally locks-up No. 1 piston there is a bolt that must be removed.this is best done with the spark plugs OUT. ALL THESE LOCKING PINS AND BARS MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACE THE BOLT FOR No,1 PISTON. method to install locking pin on No. 1 piston bolt locking pin and turn engine BY HAND ONLY BECAUSE YOU WILL DAMAGE CRANKSHAFT AND DO NOT FORSE it any more. once the No. 1 piston is locked check the camshaft and place the BAR. next is the injection pump push the locking pin into the sprocket. remember to REMOVE ALL LOCKING PINS AND BAR AND REPLACE BOLT FOR No. 1. p. s. you can put your own marks but is NOT RECOMENDED. i hope this is useful gerry

Piston sticking wont release the brake properly where can i get a new piston and seals

If you drive a short distance and the wheel is locking up. You can release the pressure by opening up the bleeder valve on the wheel. This should allow you to drive back to your starting point before it locks up again. The problem in in the master cylinder on the handlebar. If you take off the cover. put a wad of lint free cloth in the reservoir to soak up fluid. Do not spill on paint or plastic parts, cover bike with plastic. You will see a large hole the fluid uses to feed the piston. Now look more closely and you will see a tiny pin hole that returns the fluid back to the reservoir. This is plugged . Clean this pin hole with a piece of wire ( one wire cut from a wire brush will do ). Fill and bleed the system and your problem should be solved. If the bike is old you should replace all the rubber seals in the master cylinder and wheel cylinder (You probably don't need them.)

How do you changse the timing belt on a dodge

To replace:
  1. Remove pax wheel, splash guard, power steering pump, motor mount, crankshaft pulley, plastic covers (3).
  2. Before removing, clearly mark timing belt and pulley with paint marker because overhead cams will move it engine is not at top dead center. Remove tentioner pulley and remove belt.
  3. Compress piston rod with clamp and hold down with small allen wrench through pin hole.
  4. Replace belt, then tensioner pulley with pin still in place.
  5. Remove allen wrench and good luck. Install everything in reverse.
  6. Tedious but possible for anyone with some mechanic experience.

I have antifreeze leeking out a pin hole under the water pump

It is very likely the water pump seal. It is always a good idea to replace the bearing while you have it opened up.

First you need to take off all the belts, then remove the a/c line to axcess to the 8 mms bolts holding the upper and lower timing belt covers. To facilitate the job you will need to remove lower crankshaft pulley.
This is a delicate job, since you have to access to the cam belt, I suggest buying the haynes manual for your car and following the step by step illustrated procedure, before starting the job.
