Try pressing FEATURE **266344 for general administration, then enter 266344 without the stars. I administered the NORSTAR system at my job for more than ten years. Maybe these passwords will help. And it it is voice mail admin. press, FEATURE 983, 1021234.

It depends on what you mean by "can't access". The Panasonic voice mail system is accessed by dialing the VM access code, sometimes 500 or 165, from the phone you want to use. If you, for example, are extension 105, and it has a voice mail box, the lady will either tell you how many messages you have, or ask for a password. If that's how you can't access VM because you don't have a password, then the password can be reset from mailbox 999, the system administrator's mailbox.

There are two passwords YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE. If you don't know the passwords to 998 and 999, then you will have to get them from the original installer, or call your Panasonic dealer. Alternatively, if you have the VM maintenance console password, you can reset 998 and 999's password.

Use the admin password for mailbox 999 and choose option 4. It lets you reset any voice mail password.
