I think your going to have to carefully pry it off with a good screwdriver. Maybe put a few drops of oil or penetrant on it first and let it soak in. I wouldn't worry about damaging the bobbin if you could use a pliers or vice grip but I would worry about damaging a plastic cover or the bobbinwinder itself so just use enough force where that won't happen. It should come loose eventually.
