I put coffee in the basket added the water. All lights are on but nothing
happens.The water does not run through,no sounds.It appears to be on and looks the way it always does.
I have had the unit for 3 months and up until today it worked great.
I am looking for possible reasons and how to resolve.

we have a new machine that does not work, only the green light comes on and nothing else. Is there a problem? It is the larger machine, was shipped to us in Texas form New Jersey.....someone said it has to be at room temp for several hours, so far it's been at room temp for four hours
