We have a battery operated "Lady" from Thomas the Tank and Friends. Today she began "squealing" when she is turned on. Although when you put pressure on the back wheels it stops squealing. Any ideas how to get it to stop it without the pressure?

i will try my best to help, i had the same problem with my sons as well..i was in the same situation:).You have to take the top of the train and the bottom of the train apart, seperate the top & bottom, then the battery compartment is inbetween the two..sounds confusing i know..they are very hard to pry apart.Hoped I helped!

Take the wheel base of the train in one hand. Point the' face straight up. Place your other hand on the top with you index finger on Thomas' face. Push down towards the ground with the hand on the top, and then pull apart. There is a little tab on the back that you need to get over. Some times the first time is the hardest.
