Make sure your filter is clean and that the blower assymbly is clean. If the torque is to high, you will get noise that can be rather annoying.

Can I put my central heating on a different time from my water horstmann didam 425

It appears there are 4 trippers on the daily time dial that control all timing. 2 On and 2 OFF

On the right side are override switches for Hot water and Heating
You can only separate Hot water and Heater programming a little bit.
You can choose to have Hot water ON all day, or turn on-off once per day or turn on-off twice a day. Or OFF all day.
The Heater has the same options and the same on-off times as the Hot water.

For fully separate programming, where Hot water and Heater can each be programmed differently, you would need a 2-channel controller like the Grasslin QE2

My ge side by side refrigerator is make a louse noise and the temperture keeps going up

The freezer is probably all iced up, and the ice it hindering the fan blade.

Turn the unit off, take all the food out and defrost it for an entire day. It should work well for a month or so before it ices back up.

The Defrost Heater is likely burnt out. It is easy to replace, after it is totally defrosted. About $30 on, Google for the instructions, or search for a video.

If you simply defrost it every time it starts doing this, you can get by without changing the Defrost Heater out, but it is a pain to empty and defrost the fridge every month or so.

When hot tap is turned on there is a banking noise from boiler.Have had new pump fitted and have domestic hot water and central heating.Noise continues, but not as bad as before. When heating switches on...

try by draining tank. it may have sediment build up in it. heres how. go to this site will explain it better. have a good day! Sediment can drift into recirculation lines, jam open check valves, and cause the recirc pump to stick until it burns out. it causes noise, sometimes enough noise to annoy, or even frighten, people if the tank is inside a dwelling. The noise is caused by small amounts of water under the sediment layer turning to steam bubbles, which then collapse violently.

Have a space heater in the living room and one in the kitchen. Seem to work fine during the day but go out at night. What could be causing that?

These unit have a Pilot/ODS system built into them.
The ODS (Oxygen Depletion System) will shut these units of if the oxygen get to low.
This will sometimes happen more at night that during the day...people moving around more during the day, opening a door let more oxygen in.

Try cracking a window and see if the units stay on all night as a test to see if this could be the problem.

Omega IHE60S central heater is buggered

If you can tell me the type and model number of the board and where you live i can probably tell you where to get one. Get the aftermarket board boaard for sure----they are generally speaking better boards and about 20% the cost of the OEM board. the red light might just be indicating reset is needed.

Fuel filter

its not too uncommon for the lines to be extreamly tight due to corrosion and other factors...enough said.get some GOOD penetrating oil (not wd-40)spray it a couple of times throughout the day,let it sit all night and the most important thing is that you use the correct kind and size wrench you need Line Wrenches get a good one not a cheepo, the filter should have a 13/16 or so hex to put a good open end wrench and hold it as you use the line wrench on the line end.hope it works have a good day DB
