Samsung drive is not reading anything

my disc drive is a samsung and jus recently stopped reading anything. i have taken notice that it doesn't make that humming sound that it does wen the game is read an starts to play. i have taken the disc motor out to try to clean an lube but it stubborn to get in the lil thing. i jus need the disk to spin again...
