Question about Tally T2240/24 Matrix Printer
I have fanfold papers 1,25 x 3 inches installed **** the printer feeds A4 size when it has printed it. How do I change the setting so it only feeds out this form when it has printed it ?
The first thing you need to do is to check the paper size selected in the application you are printing. If you are printing from a Windows based application you WILL find that the paper size selected in the application you are printing from is set to A4.
On the printer you can set the paper size in the following way;
I am assuming the form length is 3 inches, if it is 1.25 inches this may be outside the specification for the printer and you may not be able to select this it is also not dividable by 6 lines per inch

THe T6215 can only print a maximum width of 13.6 inches. If you create a form wider than this Windows will not allow you to select this form within the printer driver as the printer is not physically able to print this wide. Your paper may be 15 inches wide but it is unlikely you will be printing 15 inches, simply create a form whose width is equal to the maximum print width or 13.6 inches. You will then be able to select this form in the printer driver.
