Ok.. Irrespective of any model or brand the BIOS password reset is very simple. The BIOS settings is remembered with the aid of a small Lithium battery. Pull it out wait for 30 seconds and put it back in and all the BIOS settings will be back to default!

If your computer is showing no splash screen or any prompt from bios, only black screen on startup. Then you damaged bios using the program FSC-BIOS-WINDOWS. In this case only solution is tekeing the laptop to a service center, so that they can have your Cmos chip re-flashed using an external device.
You can also try running your recovery disks on startup. If the bios is damaged, then it will not boot from any support, including your recovery disks.
If your problem is just to reset the bios password instead, then you need to open the laptop and bridge a little contact on the motherboard, or remove motherboard battery temporarely. Here is lifebook service support from Fujitsu.
If you cannot do it yoursef it should be done in any service shop for a not-too-expensive charge.

It's problem of the LCD converter, it's easy to replace. Take out the four screws at the corners of your screen (they are covered by rubber footing or a sticker), carefully take off the bezel, you should see a 6 inches long some sort of circuit board just above the keyboard, at the bottom of your screen. That's the inverter, check the model number and search for it on eBay, it's usually about $15 to $30 bucks. Replace it, and everything should back to normal.
