MY PIONEER AUDIO/VIDEO RECEIVER WON' TURN ON

MY PIONEER REVEIVER WON'T COME ON, THE STAND-BY LIGHT JUST BLINKS, I PULLED THE COVER OFF TO LOOK FOR A RESET BUTTON OR SOMETHING, BUT THERE WAS NONE. I CHECKED BOTH FUSES AND THEY WERE BOTH GOOD. I BELIEVE WE LOST POWER BEFORE WE FOUND THE RECIEVER IN THIS MODE.

Unplug the power cable then push hold the power button for a few seconds and then try connecting the power cable and see what happens.

Pioneer VSX-72TXV wont power up. mcacc light just blinks.. unit does not have a video 2 button on the face.

try holding the "TUNE -" button and the ZONE 2 on/off button and see if it turns on. If its turns on, but turns back off again, you either have a problem with your speakers (try disconnecting them) or there is a problem with the receiver that needs to be repaired.

My Pioneer Receiver VSX-519V has a blinking HDMI light and won't show video.

You guys mentioned the reset via the front panel, and I tried that with this very same issue on my VSX-822-k and it worked!
thought I would post the instructions for anyone else that lands here:
Reset the main unit if the receiver is generally not operating correctly. Switch the receiver into standby mode. Hold down the "BAND" button while pressing the "STANDYBY/ON" button for about two seconds. When "Reset?" appears in the display window, press the "AUTO SURROUND/ STREAM DIRECT" button. "OK?" appears in the display window. Press "STEREO/A.L.C." to confirm. "OK" appears in the window. The system has been reset.

The audio outputs in the surround sound unit are shorted, you will need a professional to see how bad it is to assess for repair.

AMP ERR blinks in the display, then the power automatically switches off. The MCACC blinks
and the power does not turn on.

The receiver has a serious problem.

Do not try to turn on the receiver. Contact a Pioneer authorized independent service company for assistance.

If you hold ENTER + VIDEO 2 for 2 or 3 seconds it should work ... not a factory reset so proceed at own caution!!!
