Question about Whirlpool LER5636P Electric Dryer
How do I take front of dryer off?
If I'm not mistaken, there are two screws located along the bottom edge of a countour on the front panel, about 4 inches up from the floor. Remove those two screws. Then pull the bottom of the front panel out, away from the dryer, allowing it to "hinge" along the top edge. Once it's pulled out far enough, the top edge will disengage and come off the dryer. Keep in mind there are wires leading to the door switch. So even though the front panel comes off the dryer, it's still connected by those wires.
Hope that helps!
