These machines need to be seen by a technician who can disassemble the motors and replace the carbon brushes. You should have them serviced at the same time since it doesn't take that much longer to do everything.

Any sewing machine dealer should have this attachment. You need to specify that it is a LOW Shank. Remove the Ankle and foot to attach it to your machine.

Hi. I believe your Pfaff tipmatic 1027 dates to the early 1980s. A quick check for a bobbin case (as an example) for your machine showed that sew4less.com carries them and other parts for your machine.
