SOURCE: bluetooth mouse not working

you can turn off and on the Bluetooth and try it out. If not you might want to check your battery status.
Another option could be to re-pair it to the BT.

Mouse will not work. I've changed batteries, unplugged and re-plugged the remote device. It will not work. What do I do?

Have you tried pressing reset/connection button on the device? Some Logitech models may have a connection button on the receiver which is plugged into the computer. The receiver button must first be pressed then press the device (mouse or keyboard) reset/connection button. Some Logitech models you will have to go into the Logitech software to start the connection software then press the reset/connection button when prompted.

I just brought a logitech cordless optical for my notebook and i cant get it to work

Check the battery first, make sure it's polarity is correct (+ and -). If you are using a rechargeable battery, make sure it's fully charged. The receiver part should be properly connected to the back of the computer and place it clear of obstructions to the mouse. Also make sure that the driver is properly installed. If all these are OK, then all you have to do is synchronize the mouse to the receiver. The mouse and the receiver should have a reset button at the bottom or at the side (the mouse reset button is smaller and you might need a pen to press it). Just press both of them down for a few seconds (5-10 seconds) then release. That should do the trick.

Connectivity problem with Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Keyboard and Mouse

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

CANT GET WIRELESS MOUSE TO WORK

Try changing with a new set of batteries. also try to reset the connection of the wireless mouse and keyboard. you can locate a connect button on both the reciever and wireless keyboard. press both of them together and release them. this would reset the connection. try doing the same for reciever and wireless mouse connect buttons. this should work. also check for any possible alignment issues.
