SOURCE: FRIGIDAIRE GLEQ2152ES0 DRYER DRUM WILL NOT TURN

You need to check the motor isn't bad which is possible. All of what you have stated is possible. You are going to have to check out each and every one until you find it. But all three can cause it.

SOURCE: When start button is pushed, hums but does not run. Drum does not turn. Belt is okay

It sounds like it is the motor or a stuck/obstructed blower wheel. You can start by opening the door, push the door switch in, hit the start button & see if you can turn the drum clockwise by hand. This might get it going. if the drum does not move by hand then the problem is probably within the blower. post your findings for a follow up

SOURCE: When Turned on, drum will not spin?

if the motor is running, your belt is the problem.if all you hear is a slight humming noise, you may have a bad motor,or something caught in blower. if the drum turns easily by hand, its probably the belt

ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE STARTING ANY REPAIRS
Your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication, or maybe your drum belt has slipped off of the idler arm pulley.
Check your drum rollers for flat spots or wear, if they have flat spots or wear on them replace them.
If the drum rollers don't have flat spots or wear on them then they probably only need lubrication. Lubricate the shaft of the rollers with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil. Reassemble the dryer, plug back in. This should solve your noise problem.

ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY WORK ON IT.
Sounds like your problem may be a broken belt, or the belt may have slipped off of the motor pulley, or idler arm pulley or a faulty motor.
If you have to check/replace/repair your drum motor, drum seals, belt, rollers, etc.
If replacing drum seals be sure to use a good grade of weather proof cement to hold the seal/s in place.
Note: This method works for most front loading machines.
Remove the electrical console that holds the timer switch, start switch, etc. from the top of the dryer. Be real careful not to knock any of the wires off of the timer switch or other electrical connections.
Remove the lint filter and the screws that hold the filter housing.
Then remove the top of the dryer.
Note: Some of the tops tilt backwards and do not have to be removed completly.
Remove the front of the machine, this will expose the belt and drum, remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers, idler arm bracket with pulley, and motor with pulley. Pay attention to the route of the belt, this will come in handy when you go to reinstall the belt and drum.
Sometimes the belt will slip off of the idler arm or motor causing the drum not to turn.
While you have the drum out, I would recommend that you lubricate the drum rollers at the shaft of the roller with a good grade of machine oil like 3 in One oil. This will save you a problem later with the rollers getting noisy, also check your drum rollers for flat spots, if they have flat spots on them this will cause a noise like a thumping type noise. You will need to replace the drum rollers if they have flat spots on them.

Sounds like you have two problems with your dryer, both are fairly easy fixes if you are mechanically inclined and cheaper than buying a new dryer.
ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE STARTING ANY REPAIRS

1...Your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication, or maybe your drum belt has slipped off of the idler arm pulley. 2..Sounds like the front seal between the drum and the door needs to be replaced
If you have a front loading machine, Remove the electrical console that holds the timer switch, start switch, etc. from the top of the dryer. Be REAL CAREFUL not to knock any of the wires off of the timer switch. Then remove the top of the dryer. Remove the front of the dryer. This will expose the drum and belt and front seal. You can now replace or reposition the drum seal if it has moved from its normal position. Remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers, idler arm pulley and motor. Now is a good time to check the belt for wear. Be sure to note the route of the belt, this will come in handy when you go to reinstall the belt. Dryer will not start, when you press start it only hums , it acts like it is stuck in pause mode

Your problem may be a broken belt, or could be a faulty motor, or the belt may have slipped off of the motor pulley or idler arm pulley.
Try this first:
Unplug your dryer, reach inside the drum and rotate the drum 1/4-1/2 turn. Plug your dryer back in and push the start button again.
Sometimes motors get dead zones in them, and this will help to move it from that zone.
If this does not help then you will need to check further.
If it is a front load machine, you can remove the front and this will expose the drum and belt, you can then remove the belt and drum and that will expose the motor, and idler arm bracket with pulley.
I hope this helps

Dryer Motor won't always start Model FSE747GES

Too much drag on the Drum. Try lubricating the rollers that the drum turns on. Check the belt tensioner pully...lubricate that as necessary. If Drum still turns very hard after this then take belt off of motor and try turning drum. If drum turns easily then replace motor.
