The hose does not provide the necessary suction to operate the turbo brush either in the vacuum or brush selection position. The floor rotary brush operates continuously, but still no hose suction. Please Help.

there is a dial on the side of the housing move this to tools this diverts the suction from the floor nozzle to the hose,. .

On the turbo brush there is a sliding swicth ,this diverts the suction from the nozzle of the attachment to the attachments brush
