Ok someone posted the same thing already but the solution wasn't a good one..my c140 turns on it goes to the same on and just freezes n says low battery even when the batteries are new. it stays frozen and wont even turn off unless you take the battery out...and when i plug it into the computer nothing pops us..please help

My Sansa expressed charged fully but when I tried to play a song it froze and shut off and I can not restart it.
Any ideas?
