backup old mss32.dll file first by renaming it in system folder where it lives in hard drive then replace file with the new mss32.dll file

TVAgent.exe entry point not found always pops out. It says: "The procedure entry point PowerReadACValue could not be located the dynamic link library POWRPROF.dlll how do i fix this. please

I researched it and found this...

Use the instructions on how to clean boot your Windows and it should work...
