Problem for Toshiba SD-P1400 Portable DVD Player with Screen
Display is backwards
My Toshiba AD-P1400 displays everything backwards. I purchased it for a gift a long time ago (no more warranty) but it has never been used.
Even the screen message the comes up when you first turn on the unit is backwards (mirrored).
DVD seems to play ok - a little noisy - but any text on the movie is backwards.
Anyone know how to fix this? I sure hope it's something I am doing wrong or not understanding.

- Thanks for trying. The problem is not the DVD. Before I even insert a disk, the message on the screen is backwards.Also, when I press the buttons as shown on page 29, nothing happens.
It seems the remote control is lost, so I can only work from the buttons on the unit.
Any other ideas? I appreciate the help!
