Twice the top drawer seems to have gotten off track with the top rubber seal and it is really hard to pull open all the way or push closed. The first time, a repair person came and took it apart and couldn't find anything wrong. He put it back together and it was find. Seems like it has somehow gotten off track, but I don't know how to "realign" it.

To remove the drawer from the actual "dw" there are 2 clips, one on the left as well as the right. the clips are located in the front and at the bottom, you will need a flat screw driver to remove them. o, and dont forget to turn the little round dials 1/4 turn when removing and installing. onces the clips are out you will see metal rails that the racks sit on, also use your screw driver to pry the back just a little bit because they will be snug (dont force) and you then should be able to grab both sides of the drawer at the top and lift up. shane from cumberland

Remove stainless front

Pull the drawer out a little bit and look on the sides just behind the front panel. You'll see a little round plastic piece (about 1/2 or 5/8" diameter) with a plastic rib going through the center. That is the head of a plastic pin that holds the panel in place. Get a long-nosed pliers, grab that rib, and pull the pin straight out. Do the other side. Now pull the front panel down and tilt out the bottom a little. Don't let it drop, there is a ground wire that you have to detach before you can put that panel some place else. Putting the panel back on is more difficult, because the door wants to close as you're trying tp push that panel up and back in place. Stick something in the top of the drawer so it won't close. Sometimes it helps to push the glides on the bottom of the drawer back about and inch or two. You have to look underneath to see how to release the catch for the drawer glides.

Remove drawer from fisher-paykel dishwasher

Open the drawer.

Top tub : depress the right hand tub clip and push it back about 30mm. Repeat for the left hand side.

Bottom tub:
remove the toe kick (refer section 9.4) and lower tub cowling (refer section 9.5), both optional.

1. If the cowling has not been removed, then the tub clips need to be pushed back about 130mm so the slide clears the cowling when the tub is lifted.

2. Lift the tub off the slides and push the runners back into the product.

3. Releasing the wire from the centre clip on the link assembly allows the tub to be moved further from the chassis (optional).

4. If the tub is being turned over for servicing, rotate it counter clockwise, remembering to remove the baskets first. Removing the handle will prevent it from being damaged.

5. Refit in reverse manner.

How do I relace the drain flapper valve (528625P) on the bottom of the upper drawer in my Fisher Paykel 603?

9.9.1 Remove the drawer front
9.9.2 With the tub opened release the tub clips and push back the
drawer rails.
9.9.3 Carefully release the four wiring cover clips from the front
lower section of the tub taking care not to damage them.
9.9.4 Release the three clips on the underside of the tub which
retain the wiring cover.
9.9.5 Pull the tub fully open and lift it up at the front (this makes it
easier to remove the wiring cover from the rear of the tub).
9.9.6 The wiring cover may now be carefully moved forward to
release it from the rear of the tub.
controller.
.
9.10.6 Unclip the drain hose cuff from the motor assembly taking care not to misplace the non-return flap valve so you know where it sits.
Replace flap valve and refit in reverse order.

Not sure why you need to take the top drawer out if you have already got the bottom drawer out and only need to replace the valve in bottom drawer.

I have a fisher and paykel dd24ph6 model that will not lock. Where is the locking mechanism located?

the way the dish drawer locks is the lid lowers onto the drawer..on the sides of the drawer are motors that lower and lock the lid into place ..to get to them the drawer must be removed,to remove the drawer remove th pins from the side of the drawer, slide down and off the front panel and push and and release the tabs that lock the drawer to the slide rails..then push the slides back slightly and lift off drawer..on the sides connected to support bracket on each side will be a lid motor. It is advisable to replace both at once

The top drawer is binding.. it is extremely hard to close?

Either the drawer seal is damaged (top edge of housing from inside) or the drawer has come off the rails.

Remove the front cover (pull out 2 plastic pins on each side) and pull the drawer out. Inspect if it is still on rails and also check the seal. You should be able to push it back a little with your fingers. If hard or rigid, then seal mechanism needs fixing.

Bottom drawer of dishwasher is jammed and stiff..cannot close...as well soap dispenser is stiff...what to do

The lid is pulling down by either left or right actuator causing the lid seal touching your tube. In running mode these 2 actuators pulling down the lid to seal the tube so no water leaking. When the cycle is completed, the actuators push the lid up. In this case one of them is bad not pushing the lid up. The actuators are not hard to replace. When you order, it comes with a pair, replace both. Inspect the lid, if the seal is damaged, you can order the lid to replace together.

The top drawer of my Fisher Paykel two drawer dishwasher will not close all the way. Something appears to be stopping it. How do I fix it?

To find out what might be blocking it, you can remove the drawer. There are two tabs one on each side of the drawer near the bottom front. Push those in and pull the drawer out. You can lift the drawer up and push the slides in to get them out of the way. Then you should be able to see into the cabinet and what if anything is stuck behind the drawer

Fisher pykel original dish drawer

if you pull out the lower drawer, there s aside release pin on either side of bottom corner of hte drawers when extended. a small maybe quarter sized hole( no need to mess with that only removes the face panel) but under it is a release that you can push in and back a little, this will unlock from the drawer hinges(slides) just nee to lift up and over to the left slightly, on the back wall behind hte drawer youll find a pretty good trouble shooter for this model, itll tell you what hte code is and will try to walk you through as to what might of happened as well as recommended repair
