Yesterday morning, it was very very cold. There was ice and snow on the car. I cleared off all the snow and scraped the windows. I started the car, it started up with a little hestitation. I decided to let it run to melt the remaining ice off the car. It ran for about 20 minutes. I checked on it, opened the door and smoke came out of the car. The car did not get warm at all, the windows had now actually form iced on the inside and the rear defroster didn't work either. I took a cab to work. Later that day I called my boyfriend and asked him to look at the car. he called me 2 minutes later and said the battery was dead. I must have left the lights on(i thought they shut off automatically after 5 min)
We tried jumping the battery but all you get it a slight worring sound and a bunch of clicking. All the lights work, interior and exterior, except the windows now go up and down very slowly. could it be the battery or the alternator, or the starter??
If its clicking too? What is up with the smoke and the ice on the inside of the windows and the rear defroster not working. If its clicking too? What is up with the smoke and the ice on the inside of the windows and the rear defroster not working.

I would start with a good tune up, including the intake gasket. Changes in temperature could cause gaskets to stop sealing properly letting unmeasured air inside the engine. Also check for fuel filter.
Try scraping your new key's edge. Its possible that the steering lock may be slightly worn [to your old keys] and the new key may be sticky in the lock mechanism. Also try squirting a little lubricating greece into the lock mechanism.
the transmission and filter need to be changed quickly, the oil is most likely burnt and/or the filter is covered with funk, once those are swapped then your ride should cruise just fine.
Hi, this may be a bad application of clear coat in this specific area that was sprayed inappropriately by the painter. If the drying process was rushed during the painting session, this will usually happen at times.
