I forgot to add -- You have no need to bi-wire your speakers, but if you do bi-wire them be sure everything goes where it is supposed to. If you are not sure about it, don't do it.

What AJIN GOPAKUMAR says.

You can buy cables and speaker wire at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Parts Express or Amazon. Even a "dollar store".

One thing to keep in mind - do not fall the hype of people who want to sell you very expensive cables because they will sound "better". $2-8 for a set of RCAs should do nicely.

You don't need Monster Cables or their even more expensive brothers. There are many cables that fit your needs. One example on Amazon is "Hosa Cable CRA202 Dual RCA To Dual RCA Cable - 6.5 Foot". Another is Parts Express's "RCA Patch Cable 6 ft. Gold Plated" for $1.80 plus shipping.

More expensive cables will not hurt anything. But they won't help anything in your set-up.

And keep them short, if you can, for neatness ... though long ones won't hurt anything.

Before you buy speaker cable do some measuring ... and add several feet. You will be just fine with lamp cord or zip cord from a hardware store. "Speaker cable" is the same thing with clear plastic covering, often color-coded. This can be helpful because the most important thing to know about wiring speakers is that the MUST be in-phase -- red to red and white-to-white, or plus-to-plus and minus-to-minus. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Check and double check!.

SOURCE: How do I connect my

hi,
For connecting these to your amplifier you need 4 Stereo RCA Cable.
1.Connection for cd:
Take one of the RCA cable connect the one end (red/white) jack to the line out of your cd and connect the other end (red/white) to the CD input of Your amplifier.
2. Connecting the tunner:
Take one of the RCA cable and connect the one end (red/white) jack to the line output of you Tuner and connect the other end (red/white) to the TUNER input of your amplifier.
3. Connectiong the tape deck:
Now you have two RCA cable. Take one of the RCA cable and connect the one end (red/white) jacks to the PLAY out of the Tape deck and connect the other end (red/white) to the TAPE 1 play input of your amplifier.
Now connect the last RCA cable. Connect the one end (red/white) jack to the record input of the TAPE deck And connect the other end (red/white) to the TAPE 1 Record input of your amplifier.(this connection will help you to record to tape from cd or tuner. if you are not interested in recording then you can avoid this connection.)

Now you can select these three items from the frond plannel control switch of the amplifier.
ok

Having a hard time connecting various audio components

Yes, it is a little tricky...

1) CD Changer (output) -> CD input on Amp

this is tricky... this will allow you to record to your tape deck, and control the sound via the EQ:
2) Tape Deck (tape out / recout) -> TAPE PLAYBACK on EQ
3) Tape RecOut on EQ -> Tape 1 Playback on Amp
4) Amp Tape 1 RecOut -> Tape Deck Playback / Input / RecIn
in essence, your creating a loop starting from the tape deck, going to the eq, then to the amp, then back to the tape deck to record.

Your EQ has another set of LINE IN and LINE OUT - use the second Tape 2 on the amp to create another loop. This will
allow you to control the EQ for any of the other sources.
5) LINE IN on EQ -> Tape 2 RecOut
6) Tape 2 Playback on Amp -> LINE OUT on EQ

5) Radio Tuner (output) -> Tuner input on Amp
6) DVD/VCR Combo Output -> AV/AUX on Amp

7) PC Computer... you don't have room for this. You can either use the PHONO input, and you'll have to purchase a Line Level Phono Converter
or, get a Y cable and split the signal and share with some other source.

Hope this helps.
