Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I take the cyan out, when I put it back in close the lid, the same message comes on. I have unpluged the printer with the same message after waiting a few minutes. would you suggest to take all of the tanks out and putting them back in? Any suggestion will help. I got a new Cannon MP530 and after replacing all carts with new Cannon carts am starting to get this error message. What a pain, this is the last Cannon I buy! I had an HP Laser for years with nothing like this.
I e-mailed Cannon Customer Support and they are sending me a replacement cart by Fedex. Since this seems to be a persistent problem I don't think this is necessarily a fix. The printer is disabled until I get the new cart and with carts costing each about $14 it doesn't pay to have too many extra's around.
