your pump is obstructed. take out pump and clean it out. Your filter might be plugged too. As soon as it floods it also can be a leaking hose from the pump.
just open the machine and you will see the pump straight away.

SOURCE: how can I reset an i30 (flood control) error?

you have to mopp up any water in the base of the machine. this can be caused by a leak . a sagging pressure pipe to the pressure switch can do it as well. you can tie it up to stop the sag. its at the front behind the plinth area.

Bosch model SHX68T55UC/02 Completely dead after 2 inch flood in kitchen.

You will need to remove the unit from its installation in the cabinetry. Check the wiring connector located on the rear of the base, near one side. The wire connection must be clean, dry and securely snapped into place. If this connection is burned, distorted or won't allow the plug (special shape) to click securely into place then it should be replaced. Since the unit is totally dead it would appear there is no power reaching the control module, But, you can also confirm that water did not overflow the top of the dishwasher base pan and allow water to enter the pump motors (there are two.) If so these must be thoroughly dried. They may be damaged if power was supplied to a motor with water in the winding and contacts.

It sounds like the float is stuck. Look for a round disk on bottom of dishwasher ( inside) Push it down and lift it up to make sure it is traveling without getting stuck. It is suppose to rise and then cut off water.

Not sure if you have got a user manual for this dishwasher. You can download one from this site.

You have a flood situation inside the dishwasher. See page 12 of the manual. There may be no water at the bottom of the machine but there is some overfill occuring. Also see error codes on page 13. This can be either because the flood detection circuit is faulty and giving false trigger or there is water in the base of the dishwasher housing due to leaking door gasket or hoses.

Some things to try. Turn mains power off and back on and see if there is any difference.
If not, then turn power off and pull dishwasher out from the kitchen benchtop. Put a few towels on the floor and tilt the dishwasher side to side on the base and see if any water comes out. Wait 5-6 minutes and turn power back on. See if it makes any difference.

Bosch dishwasher: won't fill with water

The flood switch is tripped. This is located under the unit. Unplug or flip the breaker to the dishwasher, take off the black kick plate under the door, 2 screws, and you will see the white plastic "pan". The flood switch is located where you can't really see it but it is on the left hand side wall and is made of styrofoam. The best thing to do is to put some rags in the pan, this is not easy because there is little room to put them, and soak-up the water that has filled the pan. Eventually you will get enough water out that the float will deactivate the switch. What you hear "running" when you turn it on is actually the drain pump, it get activated when the flood switch is tripped.

My bosch dishwasher does not fill with water (although it drains)

most bosch have the inlet valve at the end of the fill pipe and it has an anti-flood device.
try turning off the water, take off the fill pipe then reconnect it and see if this works.
taking off the fill pipe resets the anti-flood device

Bosch dishwasher model shu3300

Your machine has detected a "flood" condition and has defaulted to its flood mode. Meaning that only the drain pump will work until the flood is fixed.

Bosch D/W's are pretty slick, the entire unit is sitting inside a drain pan that's designed to catch an overflow (flood) keeping the water off of your floor. This overflow pan has a Styrofoam float that rises with the flood and trips the "flood mode". The water in the pan has to be removed allowing the float to drop back down before you can use your dishwasher again.

There are 2 ways to do this... the easy way and the hard way.

1.) Easy way---> Wait a few days. The water will eventually evaporate out of the drain pan all by itself. Takes longer than the hard way, but no tools are involved.

2.) Hard way---> (not actually "hard") TURN POWER OFF TO THE DISHWASHER! Remove the lower kick panels (below the door). Remove the 2 screws holding the water valve in place, and push the valve up as far as you can. Now use a "Shop-Vac" with a long crevice tool attachment. Stick the crevice tool in where the valve was... make sure to reach in there about 8 or 9 inches, (the safety float is in there on the left, you can see it with a flashlight) otherwise it won't reach the water. Now simply suck up as much water as you can. You won't be able to get it all, you just need enough removed to drop the float.

Now try your D/W... after a normal 2 minute drain, it should fire right up.
