Question about Samsung SyncMaster T220 22 inch Monitor

Open Question

Samsung t220 cover remove

May anybody give me a hint how to remove the black cover on the backside of the mentionned display? I removed two screws near the stand, but this results only in a little less tight front frame in the lower middle. Thanks a lot Klaus

Sorry for the delay in response...

Once you have the screws loose, they sometimes stay in the housing. That is okay as long as they are loose from the mounts. The top half only has the two screws. Once they are removed, work the seem with an opening tool, or strong fingernails. Gently pry open the seem and it will start to pop apart. Be careful in the top half because the flex for the surface buttons is attached to the outer housing or front cover. Once you have it snapped loose, you have to unplug that flex, so be careful not to tear it.

Once you have the phone apart, brush all components (not the screen) with 91% rubbing alcohol and a soft bristle brush.

If you want, you can also try leaving the phone in a bag of dry rice. That tends to wick out moisture quite well.

The only risk there is that once moisture is in a phone, it tends to start corroding. It can work fine for quite some time, and then have problems later so I recommend disassemble and clean if at all possible.

SOURCE: How can I remove the back cover on a SAMSUNG

Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,
Leave the top rear half bolted on.
Remove the rear edge screws to remove the front half, then remove the front lower section by taking out the few rear screws holding it, then there is another piece just below the screen that pulls off revealing the last few screws holding the top front screen section in the front lower edge. Take the front off, cleaning the mirror and lens will help, but I'll bet the fluid is dirty inside the blue and green tubes, look into the tubes with the TV on to check.
best of luck

SOURCE: How to remove the back of Samsung 940MW LCD TV

You will need to take a small flat blade screwdriver and insert it between the two halves of the case and gently pry the two apart. There are latches around the case that just need a little pressure to release. Once you get a few released the rest will pop open as you pull the halves apart. We have some pictures posted on our web site at: Look in the monitor repair section. THere are several repair guides for different brands with pictures of what the release latches look like. SOURCE: How do you the base stand on the Samsung T220?

I tried to pull the base stand out - no luck. I tried to wedge a screw driver in - no luck and it looked like the screwdriver could damage the plastic if pushed harder. I finally used a wide metal paint scrapper. It went in where the screwdriver would not go and moved to base enough to allow it to pulled out the rest of the way.

Samsung T220 Screen Flicker

When the LCD monitor display flickers and or has a black screen then the fault is usually a faulty inverter or the CCFL lamp. When you look at the screen at a sharp angle and you see a dim image then it is a backlight problem and it is caused by a faulty inverter or a CCFL lamp.

Remove base of envision lcd monitor G19LWk

The base of the G19LWK can be removed but it takes a little work. You have to remove the black plastic case that sandwich the LCD screen. First remove all the screws on the backside of the monitor. Then, at the seam of the two casement halves, GENTLY pry the front screen frame away from the display. Work carefully all around the edge of the display to separate it a little at a time and the pull it away in one piece. Next you will find that the back casement is held to the display with plastic tabs around the perimeter. Carefully pry the tabs away from the display frame to separate and remove the back casement. Now the base mounting is exposed on the backside and held with 4 screws. Remove the screws and the base will come free. Re-assemble the casement by snapping the back on first followed by re-installing the screws. Then snap the front frame by lining of the plastic tabs and pressing the frame down evenly around the display. You are done!

Broken lcd screen on sony ericson w595

Hey guy!

It's quite easy and done in about 5 minutes!
You just have to remove the aluminium-panel on the backside of the display-slider (when slider is opened and you look at the mobile from backside)! This part is fixed with adhesive and so you can remove it carefully by lifting an edge of it with a thin slotted screwdriver (for instance) and then insert something like a credit card in this lifted edge an remove the whole panel with it.
After this you'll see two little screws you also have to remove before you can take off the front-cover of your mobile. Now there is only one screw left to remove. It's on the front-side beneath the display.
When you're done removing all this screws, you have to be very careful. The old display can be removed by disconnecting it's flex-cable from the circuit board (this little board you just removed the mounting screw from, the cable-connector is on the backside of it).

Now you only have to insert the new display, connect it to the circuit board an do all steps in reverse to assemble it again.

2430 dl paper alot of paper stuck

best way to check FU is take it out from printer,
first remove backside and left side cover, in backside there is a 4 small wires with 2 pin connectors you have to unplug connector, in left side there is a bigger withe and black wires, you have to unplug connectors. then open cover and remove *PC drum, also remove transferbelt, first remove 2 screws, 1 screw at each side, then unplug connector upper right and lift and remove transfer belt.

then you cand remove 2 screws at each side of fusing unit, when moving the whole FU to right /maybe left, dont remember/ you can bull out the fusing unit. its a little tricky to take it out.
when you got the FU in your hands, you can inspect it, remove any paper, stuck. AGAIN, BE VERY CEARFUL, DO NOT DAMAGE THE RED ROLLER AND DO NOT USE ANY SHARP THINGS.
when needed you can also remove a few screws at the fusing unit and then you can take the fu a part to see whats wrong.

good luck.

On the backside of the fan at the botton is a little screw cover. Remove the cover then remove the screw. On the backside top of the fan right under the handle are two screws remove both of them. Gently pry the sides apart, about half way down on both sides are two molded clips, you can use a small flat blade screw driver to help seperate the cover.

Broken connection on power jack

for Aspire 5100
follow this step.
from backside
1. remove battery
2. remove hard drive cover and hard drive
3. remove the thermal cover, remove wireless card and antena cable.

1. remove the power button cover.
2. remove keyboard.
3. remove lcd cable, wireless antena.
4. remove the lcd screw (2 long screw and 2 short screw)
5. remove the lcd screw from the back side (2 short screw).
now the lcd is separated from laptop body.

from backside again,
1. remove fan, there are 2 screw that hold the fan
2. remove heatsink (4 very short screw)
3. remove all screws from backside, there is 1 screw hidden "under" heatsink. it's short scew (longer than heatsink screw).

from frontside, remove 2 screw on top part of the laptop body.
and than you can remove the uppercase now.

after you remove the uppercase, remove 2 screw that hold modem, and remove 1 screw (very short) on bottom part, it's close to touchpad button. remove power switch board and modem and then remove the speaker cable and mic cable.
that's all you can take out the motherboard.

note: just remember to use the correct screw when you put it back.

i hope this will help.
