Question about Samsung Falcon iDCS 28D 28-Button Keyset with LCD - Dark Gray
Every so often our phone system resets itself. The main line for incoming calls rings several short rings and "VM ALARM" displays. 2 things happen when this happens: instead of playing a caller our prompt, it rings through to the main line. On every other handset when a user hits the vm/msg to log into their voicemail, the button is somehow reprogrammed to dial the main handset extension.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

You need to contact your service provider to have them extend the ringtime. This can be done, up to 30 seconds.
