Go to; www.nikonusa.com.
On that home page, look down the left side of the page and you will see a variety of choices to click on. You will click on 'DOWNLOAD CENTER'. Then, on this SAME page, look in the middle of the page and you will see a choice 'SPORTS OPTICS' which you will click on.
This will take you to the NIKON ANSWER page.
Scroll down the page until you find the 550, there's two(2) models of the 550 determine which is yours, then look over to the right hand side of the page and you will see the PDF/ADOBE logo which you will click on and in turn this will show you the OWNERS MANUAL which you can download and there you have it.
