It wont charge

it could be three issues. 1.) The battery is dead. 2.) The cable charger is a cut wire or is faulty 3.) The charging port on your phone is broken and not delivering power to the phone. If it is the battery or cable, you can purchase new ones from many online sites, such as Amazon. If the charging port on the phone is broken, you must call your cell phone provider and let them now. This way they can send you a replacement as soon as possible!

Can't connect to pc with nokia 6350

Do you get any notification when you connect it to your PC? Or do you mean it simply doesn't show any sign of device recognition? I can't give any specific answer to your question as you have not given any details. Try with another USB cable. Install the latest PC Suite and update your software. The USB port of your phone too may be out of order. If you buy a handset in future, besides other features, consider the battery life too. Talktime of Nokia 6350 is only about 4 hours.

Hi Trudy,

Its a fault with the battery. You will have to get a new battery installed. I recommend you to send it to nearby Nokia customer service center.

Hope that helps.

My nokia e51 dropped in sea salt water ten days ago, I dried it and opened its cover under the keyboard and cleaned it , it worked very well for a whole week, the problem is now the battery is not...

Hi,

The sea salt water has made the charging port corrode. So get a screw driver, open the phone and bring out the charging port. The charging port is where you put our charger. Use methylated spirit to brush the charging port and the panel where the charging port is place.

Dry it for 30 minutes and couple the phone and it will start working fine.

Regards

I accidentally let my phone die and now it will not turn on. I have charged it for over a day and it still will not turn on. The charger is fine though.

Hello,

Try removing your battery and sim card if you have one for about ten minutes. Then put it all back together and see if that worked.

If my answered help give me four thumbs as thanks!!

Phone is not opening

Either your battery is shorted (diagnosed with an incurable disease) or your charging port is damaged. Examine the port of your charger and determine if looks in the same condition as it has always been.

Best way to diagnose your Nokia 3230 is to try a new battery. If the new battery will boot up the phone and charge the device, then you just needed a new battery. If the new battery only works to boot up the handset, but still fails to charge then your charging port is damaged or failed.

Thanks.
