SOURCE: video buffering
You need a faster internet connection.
If you are using wireless try connecting your laptop directly to your wireless router using a network cable, if the video's are not OK then you may have issues with your wireless. Could be interference or signal issues.
If it's still slow with the wired connection then you may just have a slow connection.
If you are on dial-up then forget about it.
It may help to ensure that you have an updated flash plug-in, visit http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and upgrade if needed.
Video over the internet requires quite a bit of bandwidth so if your connection is slow or congested then it will have to buffer more. I don't beleive you have a problem with your computer, it's just having a hard time getting enough data to play the video's smoothly.

If a streaming video takes a long time buffering from Youtube or another website, it's because your internet connection is slow. If your video freezes up and jitters, that might be your internet connection and/or the video card is working too hard.
Go to this website and run the speed test for the city closest to you and let us know what your connection speeds are (download/upload). This will help us determine if the problem is the internet connection speed or something else:

SOURCE: I want to watch videos
Maybe your internet speed is not capable of feeding the video images fast enough, or have you even thought that maybe 1000's of other people are trying to watch the same video

what browser are you using, you should be able to clear your flash cache, manually through tool>options. if this doesn't work or you can't find it download ccleaner from here http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
run the cleaner and try again. good luck!
