Question about Alcatel Newbridge MainStreet 3624 Multiplexer
When calling into our system, the caller will hear a silence/delay before hearing that the call is ringing. This delay sometimes causes the customer to hang up, thinking that the call did not go through.
First you will have to explain what transmission network is being used, maybe the delay could be on that. What cards are you using to provides the voice circuits?
