Question about Logitech G25 Racing Wheel
Hi,I,ve recently sold my G25 to a friend after not using it for about 3 or so months only for him to return it saying it doesn't work. When i packed it away all nicely wrapped it worked fine, after testing it out myself, there's no power light on the gear stick, and windows is not detecting it,it's in effect dead.however after my friend tested it for problems he say's that it is getting power..what could this be?A fried chip? How can lack of use break it!!!It's also older than 1 year just so the warranty is out,are there any pro's who could fix it?

I had the same problem yesterday. If you look at the setup diagram (http://www.onpole.com/playseats/playseat_logitech_g25_gearshift_holder-c159645p159651.html), you will see that the under carriage is removed from the g25 gear shift. I removed the two screws, and then worked a flathead screwdriver into the seam. I literally had to break this section off. It took a significant amount of force. However, it did not otherwise harm the unit, and now it fits perfectly onto my podium. Problem solved!

to chk the sensor on the calibration unplug the wheel from the usb port and plug back in if the wheel turns left then right and centers the sensor is fine. go to the control panel>game controller>properties and test the wheel if everything is working there it is a problem with the game. look for a profiler or calibration utility in the game itself to bring back to center.
