TRY FIRST (Solutions without parts):
For a continuous RAM Error message, try cleaning RAM contacts and reseating RAM.
NOTE: Third-party or generic RAM is not covered by warranty or service contract and should be removed for troubleshooting purposes.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS AND HINTS:
Replace RAM. If problem is not resolved, replace the Image Processor board. Please Note:
Intermittent 6250 RAM Errors can be resolved by replacing the Print Engine Board and EEPROM, remembering to Save/ Restore in Diagnostics.

Yeah I had a look at the website there too, try powering down again and plugging it out for a longer period of time. You need to get the whole machine to reset and loose all saved info in the bios. Also cleaning it out of all loose toner on any contacts might help!

There are faint, ghostly images appearing on the page. The images may be either from a previous page or from the page currently printed. The printer displays no error code. This type of artifact can be related to the percent coverage called out in the file being printed.
Verify the correct media type is set at the Control Panel Make sure the customer is using color correction (limiting color to max 240%). Other graphic applications can exceed 240%.
Note:For Phaser 6350 and 6360 configurations printing color at 36 ppm and above limits color coverage to a maximum of 200%. Try printing with fresh media from a recently opened ****
Avoid long runs of the same image.
Set the paper type to the next heaviest type.
Replace the Fuser

SOURCE: xerox phaser 6360 is ghosting.
Most common cause of this is the use of 3rd party toner. This isnt true for all printers but some of the newer Xerox are notorious for it as the 3rd party toners are not produced to the exact specs as xerox. If your not using genuin Xerox toner you have your cause.
If your mechanicaly savy you can completely dissasemble most of the printer in order to clean out the toner. Then start over with new Xerox toner cartridges. I have had to service 2 of these printers in this way, and both were like new when done.
