You know that's a bit goofy, right? Only the manufacturer would have such information.
If you are serious, you CAN do it. Begin with an accurate Ohmmeter to measure the primary and secondary winding resistances on a new gun (at Sears, say.) To do that, measure the new gun's primary resistance at the plug with the trigger pulled, of course. Remove the gun's soldering tip and measure the resistance of the secondary without the tip and any incandescent bulb in place. (No need to pull the trigger.)
Hopefully you have some of the burned wire from the old gun. Measure the diameters of samples of the burned primary (thin) and secondary (thick) wires with a micrometer. With that information, look up wire gauge information online. You may need 24 gauge and 18 gauge enamel coated wire, for example. Note: a burned wire will no longer have its enamel coating so take that into account when determining the gauge of the "new" wire.
Note the "Ohms/foot" specification for each wire gauge. Divide that number into the resistance values you measured on the new gun (at Sears...). That will indicate the number of feet of each gauge of wire you will need to rewind the core!
Should be matching connectors for the wires inside the welder. If not one is power should be a large wire that powers the gun and the 2 smaller wires should be for trigger swich for wire feed/gas on/off..
You are talking about the 2 white wires that come out of the gun and conect to the welder right? You are also talking about the wire that runs off the spool though the gun? Well if not this will not help you but if you are then it is the solution. The gun slides through the hole in front of the welder. inside there is a butterfly screw that needs to be loosend to allow the gun end to go in all the way. you tighten the screw back down after (welding whip) gun is installed. after that if you look inside the welder at where you just did the work to slide the gun in. You will look above the whip and see two prongs that are sticking out to allow the 2 wires to slip onto the conection. It should not matter which wire goes on which tab but both have to be connected. After that then turn on the welder and squeeze the triger for a second and the wheels on the inside of the welder should start turning. Now shut off the welder and unplug it. After you install the spool you will notice two rollers. Well on the left hand side of the rollers you will see a kind of handle / nut at the top. you should loosen the nut a few turns and be able to slide it to the left until it pivots down and out of the way. now you should be able to pivot toe top roller up enough to get the wire in there. Take your wire and carefully run the wire through the rollers and into the gun. Only put in about 6 inches or so of the wire. Now you lay the top roller back down and make sure that the wire is in the groove of the roller. After that is dont then pivot that retaining bolt back up to hold down the top roller. If it feels like a hard thing to do then loosen the bolt cap a little bit more to allow for the wire size. Now tighten the retainins screw just a little bit once you put it back into original position. After this make sure that you do not have a welding tip or nozzel on the trigger side of the gun. Now plug back in and then turn welder back on. keep the welder whip as strait as possible.Extended from the machine with zero loops in it. it is alright to bring it back to the side of the machine so as you can see what you are doing. Now squeez the trigger and the rollers should start moving. If the wire roll is not feeding wire into the gun then that nut that holds the roller down needs to be tightened up just a touch. Sqeez the trigger again and see if it despences the wire. if it does not then tighten and repeat until it does. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! That will flatten or crush the wire wich will wear out your internal gun and you rollers. Use the least amount of presure that you can to get the wire to spool into the gun. Well that should do it.
