Are you able to go online?do you have any problem when data gets tranferred?Wireless light normally blinks when its connecting to network or any transmission occurs in the network or sometimes in other networks in that range. If your internet connection is fine and u just feel uncomfortable with that light blinking then cover it some black tape or i think you even get a cap to cover as lot of people find that light very bright .If i solved your light issue do rate me or if its a different issue reply me

Modem router light blinking (no wireless connection) F5D8631-4

Try restoring the Belkin back to the factory default by powering up the Belkin and pressing the RESET button on the back of the Belkin for 7 secs. Then connect a LAN cable from the computer to the Belkin, open IE browser and type the configuration IP address and configure the wireless settings ie. SSID, encryption etc. The computer wireless cards will need to be configured with the Belkin wireless settings to allow them to communicate with the Belkin.

Internet light keeps blinking

Disconnect all "wired" computers.
Shutdown all "wireless" devices (iPod Touch, wireless laptop).
If the light still blinks, then either this is "normal" for your router,
or your router has been "hacked" by computer-hackers.

Contact your ISP for advice.
