SOURCE: Samsung s850 cant copy from camera to sd card?
The Samsung S850 has an internal feature to do this. I have one. Put in your memory card and turn on the camera, push the button on the bottom right hand side of the lcd screen to view the picture, next when you see a picture (it can be any picture) push the OK button, this brings up a set of commands across the top of the screen, as you go across the commands one of them will be "copy to card". Select yes and the camera will copy the pictures to the card.

If you format the camera without the memory card inserted, the internal memory should be erased. Then, making sure the slide switch on the side of the card is in the unlocked position, insert the card and format it. Things should work after that. If they still don't, go into the camera menu and find "reset"...follow the on-screen instructions.
SOURCE: How do you transfer internal memory pictures to
Put the memory stick inside the camera. Then open the photos which is save in your camera memory. Select them all & then you find a option Send to memory card or copy to memory card. Select that and press ok. Your photos transfer from camera memory to memory stick.
Thanks

Memory card might gone bad but can do this following troubleshooting step.
Formatting a memory
** This is used for formatting the memory. If you run [Format] on the memory, all images, including the protected images, will be deleted. Be sure to download important images to your PC before formatting the memory.
Sub menus
[No] : The memory will not be formatted. Press the menu button three times and the menu display will disappear.
[Yes] : A [Processing!] message appears and the memory will be formatted. If you run FORMAT in Play mode, a [No Image!] message will appear.
Be sure to run [Format] on the following types of memory card.
- A new memory card, or an unformatted memory card
- A memory card that has a file this camera can't recognize or one that has been taken from another camera.
- Always format the memory card using this camera. If you insert a memory card that has been formatted using other cameras, memory card readers, or PCs, you will get a [Card Error!] message.
** There might be bad sectors on your memory card.
Testimonial: "Dude you are a god. This worked! The card is good and so is the memory on the camera now. "
