Question about Standard (CRT) Televisions
We brought a Wii for Christmas, The Trinitron is old and has no instructions for tuning in. According to the Wii we need to just plug it in and choose the correct ''input Setting''. Unfortunately not having any instructions for the remote which is quite staggering the amount of buttons it has on it (RM-816) we do not know which buttons to press to select the correct input or as the manual says it can come under the following headings on TV's:- input, select, input select, line, line in, source, in, EXT and AUX!! We don't have the instruction manual and don't want to buy a new TV!! if you can help I would be SO grateful, but not as grateful as my 3 children whom it was bought for!!
I have the same problem and after spending 3h I just assumed we need to buy a new TV. The old trinitron works nicely and the scart at the back is ok, also, as the DVD player works perfect through that scart. But, when it comes to the Wii, it doesn't work, even if the Wii is perfectly connected and works with other TVs
